I’ve been a Certified Athletic Trainer since 2009, and I bring over a decade of experience working with athletes and individuals who are serious about moving, feeling, and performing better.

I apply a sports performance lens to everything I do — whether it's helping a high school athlete increase speed and strength, or guiding a busy adult toward better health and consistency.
